Introductions & Such

Welcome to my new blog, glad you've navigated your way here! In this blog, I will discuss my life in general, talk about things I cannot vocalize and maybe learn a thing or two on the way. So lets get started with introductions...

My name is Crystal-Lyn, but more often than not, I got by Crystal. I was born on November 15, 1989, and I am going on 20 years old. My paternal grandmother was also born November 15th... My dad was born on the Ides of March (March 15, which is EXCEEDINGLY appropriate for him) and my sister was born December 15th... a lot of 15s!

My mom & dads relationship was extremely shortlived and for the better. My mom raised me along with my step father & grandparents and my father wasnt in my life again till I was 14, but thats a whole other story in itself.

I am married & I am a mom. Quite a fete at this age, lol. I met my husband Andrew my last year of highschool (which technically was my JUNIOR year because I graduated in three years, but I call it my senior year) in our Tech. Prep. Geometry class. I was actually pretty rude to him the first day of school... but we got over it, haha.

He proposed to me January 3, 2007, at the Madbury firestation where he is a volunteer fireman. Best day of my life. He got down on one knee and everything :)

We graduated that following June (yayyyy!) and found out we were expecting a little bundle of joy in September! We got married on March 30, 2008 and Lilly Marie Clark was born unto this earth on May 29, 2008 at 12:56 pm. Amazing. It was truley amazing. Shes 15 months now and a crazy little girl!

Now hes working & I stay home with Buggles. Oh yes, I havent quite mentioned why my name is "buggles_momma". From when Lilly was a teeny tiny infant (preemie sized!!) I called her Lilly Bug... well that eventually transformed in Buggles, and now EVERYONE calls her Buggles! Its a very unique nickname, I rather like it.

Maybe I should share some goals with you all of mine. My career goal is to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. I want to deliver babies & provide prenatal & postpartum care to women. It fascinates me! I would also like to work with women with gyneological issues as well, as I am a woman, and have many reproductive issues myself, I'd like to help others! Particularly with PCOS patients & women with pelvic organ prolapses, Ive been there myself, and want to help other women get the medical attention they need!

A personal goal of mine is have one more child, either sex will do. But not for years down the road...Ive got QUITE a bit of school ahead of me and one child is hard enough.

Another personal goal of mine is to own our own house somewhere. With some lands, maybe some farm land... I want some farm animals and a big garden...Ill get there someday.

So thats pretty much me in a nutshell...you'll learn more as time passes.
